Tomorrow is National Bundt Cake day and I will find out which other finalist beat me! Really it's ok that I didn't win, really I'm fine with it. :) So in honor of National Bundt Cake day I am giving away a wonderful bundt cake pan! Sorry no recipe today as I might use the one I tested to enter next year! So all you have to do is post a comment by 5pm on Monday the 17th and I will pick a winner, randomly of course.

I tried your bundt recipe a few weeks ago, and it was a major hit at the halloween party! I don't think I even got a slice. Guess I'll have to try again...

Love me a bundt! That pan is just gorgeous! Everytime I make a bundt I think of that "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" movie when Ian's Mom brings a bundt to the party and the Greek Mama has no idea what it is. Then she puts a small flower pot in it! anywho...LOVE your recipes! I've been using them every week since I found you!
I want it! :)

That is by far the coolest bundt pan I've ever seen. Your cake looks delicious!
Katie, this is a beautiful pan. I don't have this one but I do have the Rose one. I love it. Bundt cakes can be a beautiful showpiece dessert for any special occasion. I love bundt cakes! They are always so moist. That pan makes the cake look so beautiful!
Mm, i do love bundt cakes! I only have a silicone bundt pan, and i have neer had 100% success when making bundt cakes in it... some pieces refuse to come out! the one time i've made one in a hard metal one (the pan was a gift for my sister, and the pan came with a bundt cake from me! :), it came out fine. maybe i need a hard metal one!
What a beautiful bundt pan! And what an even more beautiful bundt cake, it came out perfect! Congrats!

What a special pan-really lovely.
I saw this pan the other day and didn't get it thinking I would just go back. I can't remember where now, augh. Anyways, bundts are fun because they are just a little bit friendlier and not as formal. This pan is lovely.
I've never actually baked in a bundt pan. Yours is pretty!
A gorgeous pan! Bundt cakes are always great, and wonderful crowd (read work) pleasers.
Beautiful cake! I've never tried a bavarian bundt, but it's lovely. I make lots of bundt cakes, but I didn't know there was a national holiday for them. That's awesome!

Bundt Cakes are making a comeback... Who wants a cupcake when you could have a Bundt?
Thanks for highlighting bundt cakes. I feel they allow the baking-phobic to enjoy baking as much as the rest of us without the stress of decorating as the pan's shape is all the decoration that's needed.
I am so excited about National Bundt Day. It sent me downstairs to the kitchen to pull my bundt pan out of the back of the kitchen cabinet.
What I am more excited about is finding your blog. I got here by way of Tastespotting. I have been Food Blog surfing for HOURS NOW. I have t admit I read backwards through your blogs all the way to December 2007. And I think I am hooked. And I want to go make peppermint bark. I haven't had that in forever and it sounds so good!!!
What a lovely cake. Does the pan include a recipe too?
Love the gorgeous cake from that pan!
I can't believe I almost missed it!
I totally made a bundt cake for my roommate's grandmother that was gluten-free (she has Celiac's disease). In addition to having the consistency of a raw potato, my pan was ruined. =( It's been two whole years now and I've yet to replace it, this would be perfect!
My fingers are crossed! I am thinking of the Bundt cake scene in My Big Fat Greek Wedding, too. Such a classic scene!
I didn't know it was National Bundt Cake Day! I would've made Ina's delicious Lemon Bundt Cake-my fav! I might make it anyways...
Your cake is so pretty, and that pan is as well! I'd love the chance to win it.
WOW! That's a nice looking bundt cake. And a gorgeous pan, I just love bundt cake!
My five flavor pound cake would look beautiful in the pan.
Bundt cakes are wonderful! And no decoration necessary, either--just a dusting of powdered sugar. Yummy!
A little circle of heaven.
Congrats on being a finalist! Your recipe sounds perfectly delicious to me :)
when i think of bundt cakes, i think of "my big fat greek wedding" and the crazy mother trying to pronounce the word. too funny. :)
