I, too, love cinnamon but found the topping with 2 rounded TBS of cinnamon to be a bit too much cinnamon for me. However, the recipe is a keeper and I WILL make it again! I will try it next time with a crumble topping by adding flour and butter to the brown sugar and cinnamon. But the bread it self is not that sweet with out the cinnamon layer.
