I guess humidity level could change it too. I made these on a "commission" from a friend for his birthday and they went over well.<BR/><BR/>My question, though, is about the frosting. I feel like I followed the directions, but when it got to the beating stage it just never... fluffed. I could get it to stiffen a bit, but when I turned the mixer off, it would slump back to liquid. I used it as a sort of glaze icing and it worked ok, but it was not quiet right.<BR/><BR/>So: what did I do wrong?
