From merely viewing the photo, I am obsessed with those zucchini fries. I tried a fried okra recipe recently from a recipe club and loved it - plus I love french fries - so I imagine these are the combination of the two -- of sorts. I am definitely putting this recipe into the stack for the next week. And that burger looks delicious as well!
